Staff Makes the Difference

Security measures are strong. Scanning happens downstairs. The doormen and security staff were always helpful. I felt welcome at check-in. The staff assisted with my comfort. They brought a heater and ensured it worked. A fruit bowl and Indian sweets were waiting in my room. Avinash from housekeeping cleaned the room regularly. The location near the marketplace is great. Food was AMAZING!!! The front office team was very helpful. DAMINI, Mahipal, and Surendra assisted me .

The room had an issue, the patio doors required an unreasonable effort to open. Therefore, I could not use the balcony. The toilet flush trickled water constantly, ironic given the hotel's water conservation efforts. This issue required multiple plumber visits, even at 1:30 am.

attentive breakfast comfortable bed clean staff

the breakfast service was very attentive. the room was spacious and well maintained with a comfortable bed. i really liked the food quality at the restaurant. everything was clean and the staff was helpful, providing complimentary water when i needed it.

The shower temperature was not consistent. It was tepid except for the last day.

helpful staff indian sweets

The staff was especially helpful. They assisted with my comfort. A fruit bowl greeted me in my room along with a selection of indian sweets!!!

Housekeeping needed more attention. Sheets, towels, and rubbish had not been collected for two days.
